ARTICLE 68. REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CONCESSIONAIRE.
At all times the legal representative of the Concessionaire or its employees will in the first instance to manager without interfering with the possibility of others representative being appointed.
ARTICLE 69. SALE OF BOATS.
When the owner of a vessel in the marina sells the vessel, he must inform the management and all responsibilities will be transferred to the new owner.
ARTICLE 70. RECURRENCE OF FAILURE TO PAY.
After invoking the procedure described in article 60, the management may demand a cash deposit before rendering services.
They can at the same time suspend services or deny access to the port, for the appropriate time to whoever has disregarded this rule and will report the occurrence to the Captain Maritimo.
ARTICLE 71. CLAIMS.
Claims with regard to the services of the port, or clarification of disputes that arise in the interpretation of these rules will be directed to the management or in the case of failure to resolve the matter it will be referred to the Committee of Works and Public Transport.
All claims within the competence of the marina authority can be referred to the Sub Secretary of the Merchant Marine or the Commandant Military of the Port of Almería.
ARTICLE 72. SUPPLEMENTARY STATEMENT.
Anything not covered by these rules will be dealt will under the current legislation applying to ports and the concessionaire will be answerable to the Administration for the applicant of these rules.
