ARTICLE 17. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS.

There will be a general obligation to all users of moorings, plots buildings and others installations to:
a) Respect the general installations or the welfare of the occupant.
b) Observe the proper care needed to use of the services o collaborate in the maintenance of those elements of the Concession which are advanced to them, maintaining them perfectly in the same state in which they have been received without making them worse of better.
c) Be responsible for breakdowns and damage which happen to the installations services of water drains, roads and general services.
d) Pay the tariff set down by the management of the port in accordance with these rules.
ARTICLE 18. PASSAGE OF PEDESTRIANS O VEHICLE.

The manager of the Marina shall determine the places where tenants or visitors may circulate on foot or in vehicles, park them, where property goods may be left.
As a general rule materials, which in the opinion of the manager are a nuisance, inflammable or dangerous whose entry into the port has been approved, shall not be left on the quays or pontoons but shall be transferred directly form or to the vehicle or boat.

ARTICLE 19. REMOVAL OF VEHICLES.

In case where vehicles, equipment, implements or supplies are not removed within the time allocated, the tenant is responsible for removing them and for all charges involved …

ARTICLE 20. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES.

Where it is established in these rules that the simple act of entry of a person, boat, vehicle or other article into the area of the marina implies acceptance of the rules laid down that vehicles like goods am be moved at the owners cost if the manager so desires. This movement will be carried out by the interested party left in case of his absence or if the tenant does not do it.
The marina staff will carry out the work and change the boat to the tenant.

ARTICLE 21. PROHIBITION OF USE OF SERVICES.

Total prohibition in all areas of the port to use the roads the … warehouses and all terraces or installations of the service area of the marina for purposes other than these for which permission has been granted, the carrying out of repairs, the dumping of rubbish or any kind of article or carry out any movements or actions which are not approved by the marina management .
To light fires or use naked flames carry out activities which cause nuisance to other tenants. Fish or collect shellfish in the marina. Water ski, wind surf, swims from the pontoons or in the access channels or carry out any other sporting activity in them.
Animals shall be kept under control o shall not be allowed to behave in a manner which causes damage or nuisance to persons or they in the marina estate.

ARTICLE 22. CLEANING AND POLICING.

Those in charge of vehicles, boats or the owners of equipment implements or supplies much take care that they do not cause damage to the marina installations to other vehicles, boats or anything else, observe proper fire precautions as laid down by the management of the marina , they must clean up stains resulting from their activities o leave the area as when they found it. Repairs will be carried out to the satisfaction of the management o may be inspected by the tenant or whoever is responsible for the damage. Cleaning operations can be carried out by the user or proprietor, in case they are not carried out the management of the port may take measure to take the work carried out and charge the work to the account of the tenant or client.

ARTICLE 23. CARE OF VEHICLES.

In cases of absence of tenant the leave vehicles for more than 24 hours they must notify the port office hand over the keys for the duration of the absence so that they can be moved easily in case of necessity.
