ARTICLE 13. USE OF THE MARINA.

The use of docks, moorings, buoys, pontoons and walls for access and mooring of vessels which wish to use the port and including the use of garbage disposal areas ,traffic and parking areas is publicly available .

ARTICLE 14. REQUESTS FOR SERVICE.

All requests for services must be made through the management at its office When a mooring is allocated the management will tell the user that all services required must be individually ordered in advance and officially approved .

ARTICLE 15. ACCESS TO THE MARINA.

Land access to the marina will be free without charge for persons and vehicles. However the management may set limits which it considers necessary for the best provision of service and for the safety of vessels and the public. However art 59 allows for parking charges to be levied in the service area in accordance with the surface area occupied.
The management will set out the rules for access and any restrictions which are considered necessary .In any case all limitations of access will be made known to and will be justified when the numbers within the estate prejudice public safety or the parking area is more than 90% occupied.

ARTICLE 16. WITHOLDING OF PERMISSION TO STAY .

The management of the port may withhold permission for vehicles or persons to stay anywhere in the service area in order to ensure the welfare of users and vessels.
